    • Affiliates of ETH are individuals who want to manage  their own construction project but want to partner with an established company to provide a system and strategy to ensure it is a success.
  • Do I need land to be an Affiliate?
    • Short answer is “no” you do not need land to build on prior to becoming an affiliate.  Some affiliates do have property, but land acquisition is something that is part of the project planning process that ETH can help with
  • Do I need pre-approved financing to be an Affiliate?
    • ETH will assist you as an Affiliate in estimating and preparing loan request documents for your project.  Affiliates do not need financing in place but should be able to pass general financial bank evaluations.
